Atl - Stinky Tofu Hotpot: A Taste of Changsha! 🇨🇳🔥

As a Changsha native, finding authentic Hunan flavors in Atlanta is a rare treat — and Wok Provisions in Dunwoody truly took me back to the bustling streets of Jiefangxi! 🥢✨ We started with the Stinky Tofu & Pork Intestine Hotpot — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and soaked in a rich, spicy, deeply aromatic broth. It tasted just like the iconic “Black Classic” stinky tofu from back home. Absolute heaven! 🍲💥 Next was the Ginger Stir-Fried Chicken — wok-fried with intense heat, fragrant old ginger, and that signature Hunan dry-spice kick. Every bite was bursting with wok hei and nostalgia. 🍗🌶️ We also enjoyed the Salt & Pepper Pork Ribs (crispy and kid-friendly) and House Fried Rice, though the Pickled String Bean Rice Noodles were less memorable — still searching for truly authentic flat rice noodles stateside. 😅 With dishes packed with flavor and spice, this spot stands out for anyone craving real Hunan cuisine. At around $30+ per person, it’s worth the trip. Already eyeing the cured pork and “Bandit-Style” pork liver for next time! 🥓❤️ Note: Only the Dunwoody location serves Hunan food — the other branch is Sichuan-style. #Atlanta #HunanFood #WokProvisions #StinkyTofu #ChangshaFlavors #DunwoodyEats #SpicyFood #ChineseCuisine #ComfortFood #FoodieAdventure #MustTry
