Restaurant: Gopchang Salon - Suwanee 🐂🔥 Feeling under the weather lately, so here's a throwback post from my food archives—and I'm declaring this spot my new #1 for grilled beef intestines! 🏆 Banchan Surprise: One of the side dishes looked like simple pickled veggies—but turned out to be delicious shredded squid! 🦑 The Main Event: We ordered the two-person set, which was so generous it could easily feed three! The staff grilled everything quickly and skillfully right at our table. They recommended a mild, plain noodle dish… but honestly, it was too bland for my taste—not my pick. However, the grilled intestines were absolutely fantastic—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend sticking with the star of the show! 🌟 If you're a fan of Korean grilled specialties (especially offal), this is a must-visit.
