I came here with my family and the food, atmosphere, and service was amazing!
Firstly, the 반찬 are just so delicious! Everything is fresh and the seasoning is just right for us. There's plenty of variety to accompany with the gopchang and the other meats, further adding to the complexity of the flavors👍
The gopchang is very tender and crispy, I've been to other places in Atlanta but this is the only gopchang that was very clean-flavor(no gaminess) You can tell the meat is very fresh and properly cleaned! I feel like because of it, when the meat is grilled it causes a nice even-searing allowing for an excellent crisp juicy texture!
The fried kimchi rice is also great! The flavors were very delicious and the rice was nicely stir-fried!
I really loved the interior, it was very chic and modern with the lights and decor! As well as, during the entire grilling there was barely any noticeable smoke floating in the air.
Service was on point, the staff took care of us very professionally and proficiently! We really enjoyed not only just the food but the entire experience! We will definitively...
Read moreIts been 6 years since i ate gopchang so i was very excited, especially being so close to home! I'll be completely honest, I dont like leaving 1 star reviews and I see that it is not a busy place at the moment but wow the service was neglectful and the food was under prepared so parts of the food I was eating caused for some bad stomach issues. Usually when i eat gopchang i expect a good crunch, this was incredibly soggy and saucy more than crispy. I'll be honest the only reason I don't wanna give 1 star is im afraid that it could shut down the business but I wont ever be coming back here. By the way, 2 orders of standard pork belly is $60 dollars which I think is an insane price, even with knowing about Inflation rates. I remember when Gopchang used to be cheaper than kbbq but I guess thats no longer the case for this restaurant. The food was not good and the service was non existent. Please do better but there's no way ill be going back there...
Read moreEverything is authentic and great about this place. Wife and I are big fans of Korean cuisine though we are not Koreans. We are fairly new to Georgia, so have been exploring new places. Gopchange aka beef/pork intestines, is something that very traditional to Koreans but may not be for everyone. We've tried other Gopchang place. We love this new discovery out of all because food is great, service is wonderful, environment is clean and not smelly like other places. Only down side is that their grill-on-the-table choice is very limited to beef intestines. All the intestines are well prepared, so they aren't smelly like other places. If you are a big fan of those intestine dishes, or feeling adventures, then this is the place to be. There are other things you can eat if you are not into intestines. We highly...
