ATL Mala Bianbian 🥘🍢

First things first — Mala Bianbian in Atlanta tastes just as good as the LA location I tried two years ago. The broth is rich, ingredients are fresh, and for someone who just got back from China, having a solid, comforting spot here is a true blessing. 🙏 Price breakdown: ATL: All-you-can-eat — Mon-Thu $34.99 | Fri-Sun $39.99 LA (2021): My friend and I spent $195 for two (see receipt — still remember it clearly!). Compared to other hot pot chains, that was steep. So for me, Atlanta’s $34.99–39.99 AYCE feels like a steal — huge value, huge satisfaction. After years without a great or hot pot place in Atlanta, MLBB is a welcome addition. Here are my must-try items: 🍗 Spicy Chicken Thigh Skewers – Juicy, well-marinated, tender. I ate 10+! 🌶️ Pickled Pepper Beef Rolls – Tangy, spicy, super appetizing. 🦐 Handmade Shrimp Paste – My lazy-girl favorite — bouncy, fresh, no peeling needed. We finished 4 orders! 🐓 Phoenix Claws (Braised Chicken Feet) – Gets addictive in the spicy broth. 🍠 Taro – Cook it slow in the collagen chicken broth — the soup becomes creamy and delicious. 🍡 Brown Sugar Mochi – Not pre-made — soft, warm, perfectly sweet. We had two plates. Four of us spent around $50 each — totally worth it. This will likely be a monthly craving spot from now on. 📅 Hours: Tue–Sun 4:30 PM – 10 PM | Closed Monday #AtlantaEats #MalaBianbian #ChineseHotPot #AYCE #ComfortFood #DuluthEats #SpicyFood #ATLFoodScene #MustTry #ValueMeal #NoWaste
