Atlanta｜Grilled Intestines & Eel 🥓🐟

Just tried the famous grilled large & small intestines — and they were delicious! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The portion isn’t huge, but perfect for 2–3 people. Served with savory dipping sauce, each bite was deeply satisfying 😋✨. The grilled eel was just okay for me 🌟🌟 It had lots of tiny bones that kept getting stuck in my teeth — not the most pleasant experience 🦷😅. The intestine + eel combo costs around $90, which felt a bit overpriced. I’d prefer their combo with beef tripe instead! But the real star was the spicy braised chicken with intestines 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Such a unique and fragrant dish! Tender chicken stewed with chewy intestines in a spicy broth — incredibly flavorful and not greasy at all 🍲🔥. Also ordered the kimchi fried rice 🌟🌟🌟 It was fine — loaded with cheese and topped with beef tripe — but for me, it didn’t beat the kimchi fried rice from BBQ Chicken 🍚🧀.
