Atlanta๏ฝGrilled Intestines & Eel ๐ฅ๐
Just tried the famous grilled large & small intestines โ and they were delicious! ๐๐๐๐ The portion isnโt huge, but perfect for 2โ3 people. Served with savory dipping sauce, each bite was deeply satisfying ๐โจ. The grilled eel was just okay for me ๐๐ It had lots of tiny bones that kept getting stuck in my teeth โ not the most pleasant experience ๐ฆท๐ . The intestine + eel combo costs around $90, which felt a bit overpriced. Iโd prefer their combo with beef tripe instead! But the real star was the spicy braised chicken with intestines ๐๐๐๐๐ Such a unique and fragrant dish! Tender chicken stewed with chewy intestines in a spicy broth โ incredibly flavorful and not greasy at all ๐ฒ๐ฅ. Also ordered the kimchi fried rice ๐๐๐ It was fine โ loaded with cheese and topped with beef tripe โ but for me, it didnโt beat the kimchi fried rice from BBQ Chicken ๐๐ง.
