Atlanta｜This Popular Brunch Spot Is Totally Worth the Wait!

With over 1.3K Google reviews and a solid 4.4-star rating, this place has long been on my must-try list. 🏆✨ About a year ago, I dropped by spontaneously after hearing rave reviews, only to be told the wait was over an hour—I left disappointed. Recently, I decided to give it another shot and booked a table a week in advance... and even then, the only slot available was 9 AM! 📅⏰ We arrived right on time today and noticed the restaurant wasn’t completely full—maybe everyone was still recovering from Thanksgiving weekend! 🦃😴 For starters, we ordered the Cajun Seafood Dip—and wow, it was absolutely delicious! 🦞🧀 The warm, soft garlic baguette paired perfectly with the rich, creamy Cajun-spiced cheese dip loaded with crawfish. A flavorful and indulgent way to begin the meal! 🤤🍞 For our mains, we tried three dishes, all generously portioned: 🥘 Beef Short Ribs Breakfast Skillet – The seasoning was beautifully balanced, not too salty, and the beef was incredibly tender, practically melting in the mouth. 🍞 French Toast – Highly recommended on their website, we chose the Banana Foster version. It was delicious, though to be honest, I’ve rarely met a French toast I didn’t like! 🍌🍯 🍗 Chicken & Waffles – This Southern-style dish comes with syrup poured right over the crispy fried chicken. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of sweet fried chicken, but if that’s your thing, you’ll likely enjoy it! 🧇🍁 The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, making it a lovely spot for a weekend treat.
