The chef prepared everything together—a stunning spread of quality and care. Run by a warm husband-and-wife duo, this spot outshines many larger Japanese restaurants. 🦀 Fried Soft-Shell Crab — Crispy, fragrant, and perfectly sauced. 🍤 Shrimp Tempura — Light, non-greasy batter with plump, juicy shrimp inside. 🥟 Also tried gyoza, karaage, grilled tofu, wasabi octopus, and wasabi shumai—all delicious. 🍱 Unadon (Grilled Eel Rice Bowl) — A hidden item not on the menu! Ask if available—it’s the fattiest, most tender eel I’ve had. 🍢 Chicken Gizzard & Beef Skewers — Huge portions, once again proving their generosity. 🍱 The set meals were good too, though not as standout as the à la carte dishes. 🌟 Good to know: Run by a couple—call ahead to reserve.
