Atlanta | Casual Eats Diary
Back with another no-fuss, no-hype food diary — just sharing what I’ve been eating lately when I go out without any "must-review" pressure. Hope this gives you some mealtime inspiration — and feel free to share your own favorites in the comments! 🍝 St. Cecilia (Italian) Aesthetically gorgeous inside — great for photos 📸! Part of a restaurant group I usually love, but the food was just okay. Beautiful plating, but flavors didn’t quite wow me. 🌶️ MLBB (Stir-Fry Spot) If you handle heat well, come hungry! Dishes are around $12–$26 — fresh wok-fried vibes. Solid for a casual, satisfying meal. 🇰🇷 Han Il Kwan (Korean) Beef Intestine Hot Pot lovers — this one’s for you! Loaded with offal, tofu, and udon in a spicy broth. Perfect with rice 🍚! Their bibimbap is fantastic too, and portions are huge. 🇹🇭 Talat Market (Thai) Cozy spot with a changing daily menu. Not many options — what you see online may not be available. Great for oysters and small plates with drinks 🍻. What we tried was tasty and unique! 🍧 Meet Fresh Usually get the Herbal Jelly A, but tried the Taro & Taro Ball Signature this time — so good (and guilt-inducing 😅). 🍰 Lemon Bavarois Cake Ordered this beauty — light, refreshing, with lemon curd and creamy layers. A citrus dream! #AtlantaEats #CasualDining #KoreanFood #ThaiEats #DessertLovers #FoodDiary #EatLocalATL 🥢
