Atlanta | Roasted Intestines + Soybean Powder + Eel = Genius Combo 🍖✨
Finally tried this grilled intestine spot with friends last month—and wow. I've always been obsessed with offal, but I NEVER thought about pairing grilled meat with soybean powder. It's GENIUS! The powder adds this subtle sweetness that completely elevates the flavor. 🤯💛 The verdict: This place handles ingredients better than Copchang on Fire—fresher, cleaner, more thoughtful. 🥩 Yukhoe (Beef Tartare) – Mixed with crunchy pear strips, super refreshing. The beef is tender, flavorful, and absolutely zero gamey taste. A must-order! 🐔 Spicy Chicken Feet – SO GOOD. The kind of heat that keeps you reaching for more. We polished off a whole plate just chatting away. 🔥👣 👶 Baby-friendly? Almost no smoke/grill smell! I literally brought my infant (sorry baby, mommy needed her meat fix 😂) and it was totally fine. 🐟 Eel – Solid, but not as bouncy/chewy as the ones I've had in Savannah. Still, eel is eel—no complaints here! 😆 The spot: Hwasong Gopchang 📍 Not super hyped in Atlanta yet, but this is absolutely a second-visit-worthy place. Hope they keep up the quality! If you love intestines, offal, or just want to try something totally unique, put this on your list. Soybean powder + grilled meat is a combo you didn't know you needed. 🙌 #AtlantaFood #GrilledIntestines #KoreanBBQ #HiddenGem #FoodieFind #OffalLover
