Atlanta | Super Delicious Handmade Fish Dumplings!!!

Papa's Dumpling (originally the owner of jc hmart mama's kitchen) This place has the best fried sauce noodles in all of Atlanta! I’ve mentioned before that I usually don’t like Korean-style fried sauce noodles because they’re too sweet, but this one hits the perfect balance of salty and sweet. It’s the kind of deliciousness that makes you want to finish the whole bowl 😋. Their pork potstickers are also super fragrant! ❤️Today I ordered the handmade fish dumplings (boiled) with their specially prepared dumpling sauce (sesame oil + soy sauce + vinegar + minced garlic). You can really taste the freshness! There’s no comparison to frozen dumplings at all. And it’s rare to find fish dumplings in restaurants around here. ❤️Papa’s Dumpling’s fried sauce noodles are truly amazing. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of fried sauce noodles because they’re often too sweet and cloying. But this one has a rich, savory sauce that’s not overly sweet. The salty and umami flavors blend perfectly with the ground meat and onions. It’s hearty and satisfying without being greasy! ❤️The potstickers are also handmade, which makes them incredibly fresh and completely different from the frozen variety in terms of texture.
