This is one Korean BBQ place I keep coming back to — Gop Chang On Fire — and it never disappoints! 🍖✨ We always order their grilled large intestine — so tender, flavorful, and chewy, with no off-putting smell at all. It honestly doesn’t even taste like organ meat! Their dipping sauce is absolutely delicious too. 🧂 Last time, four of us polished off four orders of the large intestine alone! 😋 🌶️ Kimchi Fried Rice is a must-order — though the portion seemed smaller than before (the photo shows two orders combined). 🥣 Soup is complimentary. The restaurant is always filled with Korean locals — a true sign of authenticity.
