Atlanta | Why is Japanese Ramen Broth Always So Salty? 🍜🤔
We “randomly” walked into a local ramen spot and were pleasantly surprised—the noodles were just as good as some top favorites in town! We ordered the popular Naruto Ramen ($14.95): the noodles had a nice chew, the pork was flavorful, and it came with savory minced meat and a variety of toppings. The bone broth was rich and hearty—but like many traditional Japanese ramen broths, it was quite salty. 🧂💦 Pro tip: don’t hesitate to ask for less salt when ordering! We also tried the Takoyaki ($8.00): fried until crisp outside and soft inside, with delicious flavor—highly recommend! 🐙🔥 🍴 AKU Sushi Ramen 📍 9775 Medlock Bridge Rd Ste M, Johns Creek, GA 30097 Afterwards, we couldn’t resist stopping by Alchemist Trading Co across the street for a refreshing Matcha Spanner—the perfect sweet ending to balance out the salty ramen! 🍵💚 #AtlantaEats #RamenLover #JapaneseFood #FoodieReview #AtlantaFoodGuide #NoodleTime #MatchaFix 🥢✨
