Atlanta Area｜Annual Strawberry Festival – Let’s Go Picking! 🍓🌾

We spontaneously decided to go strawberry picking and ended up at this year’s Strawberry Festival—about an hour’s drive from Atlanta. 🪣 First, stop by the farm café to buy a bucket ($18 for all-you-can-pick). Staff will guide you to the fields with the best berries. 🛍️ After picking, check out their little farm store selling local honey, jams, and treats. 🍩 Must-try: Strawberry Donuts — warm, crispy outside, filled with sweet strawberry jam. Small, satisfying, and totally addictive (people were buying them by the dozen!). 🍨 Strawberry Ice Cream — also delicious and creamy. 🚫 Skip the Strawberry Slushy — tasted artificial and overly syrupy. 🎡 Since it was festival day, there was a lively market ($5 entry) with games and activities—great for families with kids. 🚜 Note: Southern Belle Farm can get very crowded, and U-pick fields often close by noon.
