Atlanta Christmas Chronicles Day 2 🎄✨
Started the day trying to be artsy by attending a classic American holiday tradition — The Nutcracker ballet 🩰. While others were mesmerized by graceful dancers, I spent half the time watching the percussionist — waiting for that perfect cymbal crash moment 😄🎶. Let’s just say, playing the cultured soul isn’t my strongest suit! P.S. The “Chinese dance” segment was a bit underwhelming... expected more authenticity. For dinner, we headed to Tokyo Shokudo 🍣. Run by a sweet Japanese couple, service was s l o w — but if you’re not in a rush, it’s totally worth it! The sashimi was incredibly fresh and cut luxuriously thick. We also enjoyed a caterpillar roll (not pictured), and everything tasted beautifully authentic. 💰 Total for four: $220+ A laid-back, flavor-packed end to another lovely day in Atlanta with good friends 💖. #FriendshipGoals #AtlantaLife #NutcrackerBallet #JapaneseFood #SashimiLovers #HolidayVibes #SlowDining #AtlantaEats #ChristmasMemories #CozyNights
