Even while feeling under the weather, I can’t help but share this gem — Gopchang Salon in Suwanee has officially become my #1 grilled beef intestine spot in Atlanta! 👑❤️ Experience & Food: We ordered the two-person set, which was so generous it could easily feed three! 🍽️👌 The banchan included what looked like pickled vegetable strips but turned out to be savory shredded squid — a tasty surprise. The staff grilled everything tableside with skill and speed. The intestines were cooked to perfection — crispy on the outside, tender inside, with no unpleasant odor. Absolutely delicious! 🐮✨ They recommended a mild-flavored noodle dish on the side, but it was unfortunately too bland for my taste — wouldn’t order it again. Stick to the star of the show: the intestines! Vibe & Setting: Cozy, bustling, and perfect for a lively meal with friends.
