The newly opened NoriFish is a fantastic addition to Atlanta’s omakase scene — and it’s already winning hearts! Parking & Setup: Convenient parking is available in the adjacent apartment lot. The restaurant itself is intimate, with a focus on fresh, beautifully presented sushi. 🚗🏮 Menu Highlights: They offer three omakase options, plus à la carte sushi and appetizers. We went with the standard omakase and added the chu-toro quail egg toast — rich, buttery, and utterly indulgent! 🥚💛 Why It Shines: Fish Quality: Exceptionally fresh, with each piece delicately seasoned. Condiments: Served with freshly grated wasabi (similar to Hayakawa’s) and pickled ginger — a lovely touch. 🌿👌 Sauce Variety: Each nigiri was brushed with a distinct sauce, enhancing the natural flavors without overpowering. Service & Vibe: Attentive and smooth. We walked in without a reservation and got lucky — but booking ahead is recommended.
