I saw s post about Jang Won Jung and immediately craved that crispy fried fish โ and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The Star: Red Tongue Fish If you grew up in Shandong or love northern Chinese coastal flavors, this will hit home. ๐กโค๏ธ Called โRed Tongueโ on the menu, it comes two pieces per order, fried until the edges, fins, and tail are perfectly crispy โ only the center bone remains. So aromatic, so satisfying! I just wish they had seasoned salt for dipping โ it wouldโve been a full childhood flashback. ๐โจ Spicy Stir-Fried Baby Octopus with Noodles The octopus was tender and well-coated in a spicy, savory sauce. Itโs served with udon noodles (included in the entrรฉe), and the portion was plenty for two without ordering extra carbs. ๐๐ Vibe & Service: Cozy, classic Korean restaurant atmosphere. Service was kind and efficient. Verdict: A must-visit for anyone missing that crispy, whole-fried seafood experience or craving bold Korean stir-fries. That red tongue fish alone is worth the trip! ๐ฅข๐ #JangWonJung #KoreanFood #CrispyFish #RedTongueFish #SpicyOctopus #AtlantaKorean #ComfortFood #NostalgicEats #SeafoodLovers #MustTryAtlanta
