We visited 6688 Charcoal BBQ on the last day of their promotion β though we arrived late and missed out on some popular items, it was still a solid Northern Chinese-style skewer experience! π Flavor & Favorites The seasoning leans salty and bold β classic Northern style. Lamb Skewers: Perfectly grilled, tender, and not gamey at all π Squid Skewers: Fresh, soft, and not rubbery β nicely seasoned π¦ Some skewers were too salty, but if you love intense flavors, youβll enjoy these. ποΈ Vibe & Service The space still feels like its former Maocai spot β cozy and casual. The staff were friendly and attentive β they even reheated our skewers when they arrived cool. A nice touch!
