Atlanta Eats | Red Fire BBQ 🔥🍢

This spot started as one of my favorite food trucks, but after a disappointing visit last August, I hadn’t been back. Turns out the owner/chef was busy opening this brick-and-mortar location — and the new restaurant brings back the original flavor I fell in love with! 😋 The new space is in Alpharetta, in the former Hai (later Baogogo) location. Now they’ve expanded beyond skewers to include stir-fries. We tried the Sweet & Sour Pork — delicious, though not as crispy as the version at Ke Chuan Jiang Hu, but still tasty and satisfying. 🍢 Skewer highlights: – Beef Skewers – My absolute favorite! No longer getting cold and tough like at the truck. – Lamb Skewers, Taiwanese Sausage, Beef Tendon, Tofu Skin, Gluten Balls, Grilled Pig Trotters, and Scallion Pancake — all well-seasoned and cooked just right. ⚠️ Note: Being newly opened, service is still a bit unpolished (printer issues, some disorganization). If smooth service is a priority, maybe wait a few weeks before visiting. 💰 Price: Around $50 per person (up from the truck’s $30–$40 range), but for the flavor and quality, it felt worth it. Overall, a solid return to form for a beloved BBQ spot — just give them a little time to settle in! #AtlantaBBQ #RedFireBBQ #ChineseSkewers #AlpharettaEats #FoodTruckGoneBrickAndMortar #ComfortFood #GrillNight #AtlantaFoodie #NewRestaurant #SatisfyingEats
