Atlanta Food Review｜Lao Si Chuan on Buford Highway 🌶️

We returned to Lao Si Chuan for another meal. To be honest, many of their dishes are just average — this time we tried the Garlic Pork Slices and Salt & Pepper Trio, both okay but not memorable. However, the Stir-fried Pig Trotters are an absolute standout! 🐖✨ Even though they arrived suspiciously fast (maybe pre-prepped?), the texture was incredibly bouncy and satisfying, packed with flavor and generously portioned. It’s the kind of dish that makes you want to order another bowl of rice — and definitely a reason to come back.
