Finally off work and sharing this food post! Visited Tanaka in Alpharetta a while ago β itβs one of the favorite low-key Japanese spots of a legal director I know who lived in Japan and Singapore for years. π± What We Ordered: Daily Sushi Special & Chirashi Don β Fish quality was fresh and clean. Each set came with salad and miso soup. Grilled Beef Tongue β Just okay, edible but not memorable. Hamachikama (Grilled Yellowtail Collar) β This was the standout! πβ¨ Crispy skin, tender meat, lightly salted and served with ponzu sauce. So flavorful β already craving it again.
