Atlanta for Korean-Chinese Cuisine: Jjajangmyeon & Sweet&Sour Pork 🥢
🥢 Zoong Guk Jib 📍 3585 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Ste 136, Duluth, GA 30096 Just like in K-dramas where characters celebrate birthdays with jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles) and tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork), this spot hits the perfect balance between Chinese flavors and familiar comfort—even better than Panda Express! 😋 Here’s what we tried, in order: 1️⃣ Jjajangmyeon (2 servings) – Highly recommended by Korean friends, and truly delicious! 2️⃣ Tangsuyuk – Crispy pork with a light, refreshing glaze. 3️⃣ Ganpunggi – Sweet-and-sour fried chicken with a tomato-based sauce. 4️⃣ Cream Shrimp – Plump shrimp sprinkled with black pepper. 5️⃣ Mapo Tofu – Spicy and flavorful. 6️⃣ Jjamppong (seafood noodle soup) – Rich and satisfying. Six dishes covered the whole table—portions are generous and meant for sharing! The restaurant itself is quite low-key; I’ve visited nearby AM Sweet for cake so many times without even noticing it. On weekends, it gets packed—even the spacious dining room fills up quickly. 🏮 #AtlantaEats #ZoongGukJib #KoreanChineseFood #Jjajangmyeon #Tangsuyuk #DuluthEats #AtlantaFoodie #HiddenGem #ComfortFood #AtlantaRestaurants #KFood
