So when I saw this handmade noodle spot open, I rushed right over! The restaurant runs on a fast-casual model—no tipping required. You can watch them wrap dumplings and stretch noodles fresh in the open kitchen, and the texture is wonderfully chewy. We ordered the braised pork oil-splashed noodles, chopped pepper fried rice, cumin beef oil-splashed noodles, fried eggplant, roujiamo, and stir-fried green beans. Everything was delicious and generously portioned—we had plenty to take home! At just over $10 per person, it’s a total steal. The space is simple, clean, and efficient, with a focus on fresh, handmade quality. Each bowl of noodles is tossed in aromatic oil and topped with flavorful meats and veggies, while the dumplings are plump and juicy.
