A real winner. Caprese Salad 🍅 – Made with sun-dried tomatoes instead of fresh ones. Interesting twist, though I missed the juiciness of traditional tomatoes. Pappardelle with Wild Boar Ragu 🐗🍝 – Rich, hearty, and deeply satisfying. A must-try! Pagliala with Veal Sauce – Unfortunately, this one didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
