☀️We truly enjoyed our experience at Nonna Cucina Rustica! This restaurant in San Juan is just a short walk from our Condado hotel. 💗We made reservations a few days in advance and visited twice. Upon entering, we were greeted by the aroma of freshly baked bread. 🌈 The warm yellow lighting, red-and-white checkered tablecloths, and wicker chairs, along with vintage copper pots hanging on the walls, created a cozy atmosphere. 🍸The staff were very welcoming. The tomato and beef ragù pappardelle was perfectly al dente, with a rich and thick meat sauce. 🍃The arancini were crispy on the outside and tender inside, with stretchy mozzarella and green peas. Stepping into this restaurant felt like entering an Italian family's kitchen. Every dish we tried was a masterpiece—hearty, satisfying, and bursting with homemade flavors.
