(Details in comments 👇) This time, I took out Tater Tot – yep, like the crispy snack! 🍟 He was bouncing around his kennel when I saw him (just like in the reference photo), and I knew he needed some outdoor time. Let me tell you – this dog has ENERGY! We went hiking for over three hours, and he was still ready for more 🥾🌳. While at a dog park, we met a kind truck driver (as seen in the reference image). He shared that his ex-wife got their three dogs and the house. He loved playing with Tater Tot but admitted life on the road makes it hard to care for such an active buddy. The "Dog for the Day" program doesn’t restrict where you go or what you do – perfect for dog lovers who can’t adopt long-term. These shelters are often packed, and dogs like Tater Tot don’t get out every day. For us, it’s a fun day with a furry friend. For them?
