Brunch Delights: A Christianson Experience

🥯We visited Christianson Café for breakfast on Friday morning. The café was relatively quiet when we arrived, but it had filled up considerably by the time we left. It’s likely even busier on weekends. ✨The açai bowl I ordered was made with fresh ingredients, and the banana slices and oatmeal were well-balanced. 🍋The scrambled eggs were clearly made from real eggs, not carton liquid, and were tender and smooth. 🍹My friend enjoyed the French toast and bacon, and the pancakes were fluffy with just the right amount of syrup—not overly sweet. 🧀The service was quick, and our orders were served promptly after placing them. The freshly squeezed orange juice had real pulp, and the coffee was aromatic—many customers were seen ordering refills. 🪷The food at this San Juan spot is excellent. The setting is beautiful, with vibrant colors, and we managed to snag a bright table by the window.
