With its stylish interior and cozy yet vibrant vibe, it’s easy to see why this place is a local favorite. From the curated décor to the energetic atmosphere, everything feels thoughtfully put together.
🍽️ Food & Drinks I ordered the Puerto Rican breakfast and the guava cheesecake French toast, while my friend went for the cinnamon toast French toast. Every bite was absolutely delicious—easily one of the best breakfasts I’ve had outside of the mainland. The Puerto Rican breakfast, while carb-forward, was so well-balanced and flavorful that it didn’t feel heavy. The cinnamon toast French toast was a standout: fluffy, lightly sweetened, and perfect as is. The guava cheesecake French toast is a treat for anyone with a sweet tooth—three decadent layers of guava, creaminess, and just the right amount of richness.
👨🍳 Service & Hospitality The service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, warm, and refreshingly personable—not to mention, very easy on the eyes! They made the experience even more enjoyable with their genuine hospitality and charm.

Read moreSave your cash, go somewhere else. TikTok lied to us. Extremely overhyped and extremely mid. I hate to leave a review so brash, but the food and service left a really bad impression. Oh and 18% is automatically included. The servers kept taking our plates and drinks away before we finished. The server even took a water bottle we had brought from the hotel. He also did not record our order correctly and overcharged us for something we did not order. He was around to take away half full plates but not around when we needed to have our receipt fixed or questions about the items. About their famous French toast: they drench it in extremely sweet artificial tasting icing. It all ends up tasting like a gas station honey bun. Also, they charged us $1.50 extra for “scrambled egg and cheese” on the Egg and Cheese Bagel… like huh? It says egg and cheese bagel on the menu, shouldn’t it already include egg and cheese? Why the extra charge? Also it was half a bagel, not a sandwich lol. If you’re coming to PR, go somewhere else and get authentic and local food. Eating at Christianson feels like IHOP on a bad day with double...
Read moreWe had a reservation for 11am and were seated promptly, but things quickly went downhill. Right away, we were told they were out of chicken, French toast, and avocado — key items on the menu. Despite that, we decided to stay and ordered food and drinks.
The drinks were good, but we waited an hour and 45 minutes for our food. Eventually, we told our server we were no longer willing to wait. Three minutes later, the food arrived — and it was completely wrong. We asked to speak with a manager, and our server agreed, but after 10 more minutes of waiting with no follow-up, we had to go to the front ourselves.
The manager we spoke to was unapologetic and dismissive. She simply said, “Ok, you just need to pay for drinks,” and sent someone else to handle the payment.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The drinks were the only redeeming part, which is the only reason I’m giving this a 1/10 instead of a 0. Total waste of...
