Brush Sushi in Atlanta 🍣 | An Honest Review

Guess who swore they’d never eat raw fish again… and then ended up here? Yep, that’s us 🙈 Located in upscale Buckhead Village (think luxury cars and designer stores ️), Brush Sushi is intimate and stylish. They offer validated parking in the garage below. We tried the lunch menu—and honestly? Not our favorite. Many popular dishes from dinner aren’t available at midday, and today they were even out of noodles 😅. Service was… inconsistent. The staff was friendly, but we had to ask repeatedly for basics: soy sauce dishes for sushi, forks for dessert 🍰… not the seamless experience we hoped for. We ordered five dishes (a bit much, but FOMO is real!): 🥇 Wagyu Burger 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Surprise hit! Juicy, flavorful, with crispy warm buns and a refreshing side salad. A must-try—even at a sushi spot! 🍚 Wagyu Teriyaki Rice 🌟🌟 Tasted like Peking duck sauce—interesting but heavy. Rice was undercooked. 🍱 Temaki Set 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five hand rolls—loved the snow crab! The shiso-uni was… unique (my husband liked it though). 🐟 Sushi & Sashimi Set 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Chef’s selection: mild and beginner-friendly. Perfect for raw-fish newbies… though my husband’s stomach disagreed later 🏃‍♂️💨 🍫 Matcha Brownie 🌟🌟🌟 Great texture, but so sweet. Share if you dare. Final take: Maybe fancy sushi isn’t for us 🤷‍♀️ Still glad we tried—but no more raw fish adventures for a while! #BrushSushi #AtlantaEats #SushiReview #BuckheadDining #HonestFoodReview
