Business Trip PLOG | Must-Haves for Long Flights
This week, I pulled off an intense round-trip business trip from London to Oklahoma City, USA. Since there are no direct flights, I first had to take a 9-hour flight ✈️ to Chicago before connecting to Oklahoma—total travel chaos! The last time I took a 10+ hour flight was when I went back home for Chinese New Year, and just thinking about the turbulence and exhaustion of long-haul flights gives me a headache. Luckily, I picked up a Farfalla stress-relief rollerball when I traveled to Switzerland in May—it’s tiny, fits easily in my bag, and has been a lifesaver ❤️. The servers kept coming around with freshly grilled beef, and I got to try every cut—juicy and tender, no misses 😋. After dinner, I took a stroll through the small town at dusk to digest, then hopped in a colleague’s car (he drives like an F1 racer—we joked it was a “Ferrari”) back to the hotel. That little moment of joy felt so nice ☺️.
