You know what they say—if there’s a line, there’s got to be something good! 🚗 I was driving by, saw the crowd, and immediately pulled over to join the queue. After a 30-minute wait, I finally got my hands on their treats… and wow, this place delivers! No regrets at all—totally worth the hype! 🙌 🍰 The Spot: Alta Bakery and Cafe 📍 Address: 502 Munras Ave, Monterey, CA 93940 🅿️ Parking: Street parking available ⏰ Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM I was in a bit of a rush, so I only grabbed one of their freshly baked pastries (forgot the name, oops! 😅). The outside was perfectly crisp, the inside fluffy and sweet, and it had a tangy yellow peach on top that balanced the flavors so well—such a happy surprise! ☺️ For my drink, I went with the Golden Latte (ginger, cinnamon, honey). Monterey mornings can get chilly, and this was the ultimate cozy fall/winter vibe in a cup! 🍂☕ 👀 PS: A lot of people were there for brunch, and the menu looked amazing—plus, the online reviews are stellar.
