Canada | Would You Miss This Top 50 Restaurant? 🤔
I’ve heard so much about this renowned restaurant in Chile, even making it to Latin America's Top 50! As a foodie explorer, I had to check it out for myself. 😋 The restaurant boasts a sophisticated style and ambiance, perfect for photos 📸, and the staff are very pleasant and speak English. 👍 🐙 [Food Recommendations] 🍱 Ceviche: As a quintessential Peruvian dish, ceviche (lime-marinated raw fish salad) is a must-try. The staff kept recommending it, but after experiencing various versions across Latin America, I suggest approaching with caution—it’s really tangy and might be too strong for some. Those who love ceviche might still want to give it a shot! Grilled Fish Bowl: I was genuinely impressed with the first bite. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, topped with local abalone slices. The accompanying rice with sauce was delightful—a perfect example of Peruvian cuisine with a fusion of Chinese spices and Latin American flavors. Sizzling Seafood: You can taste the freshness of the seafood here, especially the scallops and shrimp which were incredibly sweet. The teppanyaki-style cooking retains the pure, original flavor, though it comes with soy sauce and honey glaze. If you’re a seafood lover, this is worth trying! Overall, while I haven’t tried everything on the menu, I found some dishes truly impressive. The place is popular, so arrive early. The ambiance is great and perfect for photos, but do note that the service might be a bit slow. 🕰️ #WeekendGetaway #RestaurantRecommendations #LocallyRecommended #Chile #ChileanFood #SantiagoChile #Canada #CanadianEats #CanadianLifestyle
