We also had the pleasure of meeting the chef and owner, Rashida Holmes, to discover more about the origin of this LA gem. While Holmes “always wanted to do a Caribbean concept”, she knew she also needed to “colour [the] food with [her] own American experience”. The menu includes Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles, as well as BBQ’d meats, fragrant stir fries and fresh salads – all bursting with flavour and texture. If you’re trying to eat the rainbow, you’re ordering a delivery from the right place. We stopped by Luv2Eat Thai Bistro to speak to owners, Chef Noree Pla and Chef Fern Kaewtathip. Overwhelmed by the welcome they have received from Angelenos, they set out to create Thai food that would make people feel like they were eating at home with friends. When asked what they would most recommend, Fern Kaewtathip mentioned they are known as “the king of Moo Ping.” The dish is grilled marinated pork skewers and is best eaten with sticky rice – order through Postmates to enjoy it fresh. 4.
