🍵 Cha Redefine is FINALLY in Columbus! 🎉

Back in 2022, I tried Cha Redefine in LA and was completely blown away by the fresh, aromatic tea flavors – it was an out-of-this-world experience! Now, they’ve come to Columbus, and rumor has it this is their first and only branch outside of California. We’re officially winning, Columbus! 🙌 The shop is located in the former Miu Tea spot – I was sad when it closed, but it’s run by the same owner. The menu has been refreshed, though some classic drinks remain. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Ceylon Cha Latte | 50% sugar | $6.5 This was also available at Miu Tea, but now it’s even better! The Ceylon tea fragrance is clear and uplifting ☁️, topped with a light cream cap and crunchy pecans. I personally think it rivals – if not surpasses – famous tea chains, thanks to the perfect ice-to-tea ratio. I love that their process is fully transparent: I watched the owner pour fresh milk and brewed tea right in front of me. Simple, pure, and incredibly satisfying. Sipping this felt like pure happiness! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Matcha Rice Einspänner | No sugar | $7.5 The owner hand-whisks the matcha and blends it with vanilla cold foam in real time. The matcha is authentic Japanese – it took me back to my first taste of matcha brought from Japan as a child 🍵💚 On its own, it has a distinct grassy note with a slight bitterness and sweet aftertaste. The vanilla foam isn’t overly sweet or artificial. When combined, the vanilla’s aroma complements the matcha perfectly – no bitterness, just a balanced herbal richness. Plus, the caffeine level is gentle – no heart palpitations here! 👏 They even top it with crunchy popcorn for a fun texture. And guess what? They plan to sell matcha powder soon – can’t wait! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Cha Cha Peachy | 30% sugar | $7.5 My favorite of the day! 🍑 If you love fruit tea, this is like biting into a fresh, juicy peach. I watched the owner scoop real peach chunks into the cup and blend more peach with tea and ice. The result? A pure, fruity delight with peach bits and slushy texture. They use #4401 peaches – a seasonal variety, so get it before it’s gone! 😭 I had a few sips at the shop, then took the rest home. An hour later, the jasmine tea aroma had deepened – like a floral peach iced tea. Absolutely dreamy! The owner passionately introduced each drink – you can really feel their dedication.
