Recently got hooked on Neapolitan-style pizza and remembered the highly recommended Spacca Napoli. Walked in on a Saturday around 1 PM — waited just 15 minutes for a table. 🔥 Two Wood-Fired Ovens – Both roaring during peak hours, with chefs carefully tending each pizza. 🍚 Risotto – Pretty average — more rice than flavor. Stick to pizza here. 🍺 Ichinusa Beer (Italy) – Imported lager with a subtle herbal finish — a nice find. 🍕 Salsiccia Pizza – Classic tomato + sausage on a soft, airy, cloud-like crust. Tangy tomato, savory sausage, and chewy-soft dough — a perfect bite. 🌰 Pistachio Pizza – My absolute favorite! Intense pistachio flavor like eating smooth pistachio paste, balanced with fresh basil. First had this style at Mozzarella (RIP) — so happy to find it again.
