Chicago’s Incredibly Delicious Spanish Restaurant: Bazaar Meat 🥩
This place is a meat lover’s paradise! It’s part of chef José Andrés’ restaurant group, with locations in Vegas and LA too. The most famous dish is the roast suckling pig — I really wanted to see the chef slice it with a plate and then smash it (drama! 🔪💥), but unfortunately they didn’t do that presentation this time 😢. We ordered a quarter of the pig to try — still amazing. A whole pig costs $540, so maybe next time when we have a bigger group! Cinco Jotas – Cured ham with bread, a signature dish. So delicious — haven’t had ham this good in a long time! Perfectly marbled, fragrant, and paired wonderfully with wine 🍷🧀. Beef Tartare – Prepared tableside! They season it right in front of you, let you taste and adjust until it’s perfect. Served with fried shiso leaves — unique and tasty 🍃. Björk Caviar – Excellent quality! They even have a "say when" caviar service — they keep scooping generously until you tell them to stop! 🥄✨ We also had a salad recommended by our server — forgot the name, but it was fresh and refreshing 🥗. Every dish was delicious and special, and the atmosphere is luxurious. The lower floor serves seafood — definitely trying that next time! Meat-loving friends, this is your spot 😉 (And hey, eating meat doesn’t make you fat… right? 😂🍖). #ChicagoEats #SpanishFood #BazaarMeat #MeatLovers #FineDiningChicago
