Chicago Restaurant Week at Swift & Sons We ordered the dinner menu and added a Beef Wellington. Also noted: many of the diners around us were white men wearing Patagonia vests 🧥😂 🥩 Beef Wellington Flaky, buttery pastry wrapped around super tender steak, with layers of mushroom, foie gras, and spinach—every bite was delicious! Totally worth it. 🍞 Steak Tartare Loved the tangy-sour combo of raw beef with pickled cream, but the rye toast was a bit dry. 🥔 Potato Pierogi Like crispy cream-filled dumplings? Thin, crunchy wrapper with soft, moist filling of kohlrabi cream and potato—comforting and tasty. 🐔 Roasted Chicken Breast Unfortunately dry, as chicken breast tends to be.
