Everyone needs to try this downtown Italian spot — it’s unreal, so good we finished everything in 15 minutes after it hit the table. 🌟 Appetizer Recs: 1️⃣ Grigliata Mista – Feels like a seafood medley salad with seared scallops, squid, and shrimp tossed in olive oil and balsamic — layers of flavor and texture. 2️⃣ Salsiccia e Peperoni – Sausage and bell peppers in a savory sauce — first time trying this combo and it hit the soul. 🌟 Main Recs: 1️⃣ Spaghetti Neri al Pesce – MUST ORDER‼️ Tomato-cream squid ink pasta with scallops, shrimp, and crab meat in the sauce — noodles are perfectly al dente. 2️⃣ Linguine all' Aragosta – Lobster pasta with a whole split lobster + tender little shrimp in a slightly spicy Fra Diavolo sauce — so satisfying! 3️⃣ Volare Signature Seafood Risotto in Squid Ink – Packed with clams 🐚, shrimp 🦐, and squid 🦑, topped with tomato sauce — crazy delicious with rice. 4️⃣ Linguine Arselle e Bottarga – White pasta with clam sauce — tasty but the ones above are better. Their pizza is just okay — nowhere near New Haven style 😅 — so skip it. For dessert, Tiramisu and the tri-color ice cream are musts! Crème brûlée is a bit sweet.
