Chicago｜Monster Ramen🍜

I saw so many posts raving about how huge the portions are at Monster Ramen, so we played it safe and ordered just two bowls, thinking it would be enough. 🍜 The Monster The broth was really salty. I did love the firmness of the noodles — big plus for that. But here's the catch — It got saltier with every bite, and even the beef itself was salty. Also, the bamboo shoots weren’t really my thing. 🍜 Miso Wagyu The first bite was amazing — super flavorful and satisfying. The noodles soaked up the broth nicely. But then, the same issue as the other bowl — After a few bites, the saltiness started climbing fast. ⚖️ About the Portions Honestly, the serving size wasn't as huge as I expected. We finished pretty quickly. Prices are on the higher side, so overall the value felt just okay — not enough to make a special trip back.
