Part of the RPM restaurant group — I originally booked a high table, but ended up switching to the bar because the vibe looked so cool! 💰 Around $120 per person 1️⃣ Cowboy Steak Dry-aged for 28 days, ordered medium-rare. Had a nice crispy crust and was seasoned with their special steak salt. Sharing 42oz between two people was no problem at all — so satisfying! 2️⃣ Chilled Oyster, Cucumber Gave off Thai-inspired sour notes — like a lighter, more delicate version of marinated raw oysters. A unique and refreshing flavor. 3️⃣ Alaska Cake Looks: 10/10 🍰✨ Taste: pretty standard ice cream cake — cute but not mind-blowing. 4️⃣ Parker House Rolls Ordered based on recommendations, but honestly — the rolls themselves were a bit dry and not very fluffy. They really needed the fermented butter to shine. 📅 Reservations needed about a week in advance Overall — great atmosphere, solid food, and worth trying!
