Chicago|Ultra-Rich Pistachio Croissant at Seedo’s Bakery

Ever since trying Middle Eastern-style bakeries in the DMV area, I’ve been obsessed with their unique fusion of French and Levantine flavors. 🥐✨ After searching high and low in Chicago with no luck, I finally stumbled upon Seedo’s Levantine Bakery—and it’s a game-changer! Tucked inside the Sterling Food Hall (formerly Revival Food Hall), this small but mighty stall serves up French pastries with a Levantine twist. 🇫🇷🌿 🥐 Pic 1: The Legendary Pistachio Croissant This is hands-down the best pistachio croissant I’ve had—even better than Obélix’s! 🤯 Unlike others that rely on almond fillers, this one is PURE pistachio goodness, with an ultra-rich paste oozing in every bite. The layers are perfectly flaky, and despite being from a food hall, it stays crispy and fresh. Move over, Copenhagen—this is the real deal! 🌟 🥐 Pic 2: Za’atar Labne Croissant If you’ve never tried za’atar, imagine Middle Eastern "13-spice blend" (but way more complex). 🌿🍋 This croissant hits you with thyme, oregano, sumac’s citrusy tang, and toasted sesame, all layered with tangy labne (yogurt). It’s bold, savory, and slightly sour—definitely not for those who shy away from Middle Eastern flavors! 🍰 Other Must-Tries: Date cake (sticky-sweet and decadent) Baklava croissant (flaky meets syrupy) More innovative Levantine-French hybrids! I’ll 100% be back to try everything else! 🔥 📍 Seedo’s Levantine Bakery 125 S Clark St, Chicago, IL 60603 #ChicagoEats #ChicagoFoodie #ChicagoLife #WindyCityBites #BakeryLove #CarbLover #PistachioHeaven #MiddleEasternFlavors #FoodieAdventure #ChicagoExplorer
