🐦 Meadowlark This speakeasy opened just last October in Logan Square. The Beverage Director was formerly the lead bartender at The Violet Hour! The space is super cozy—think leather sofas, antique furniture, and bookshelves—perfect for unwinding with friends over drinks. (Entrance is shown in the last photo!) ❗ But the real highlight is the menu! ❗ Every cocktail is named after Midwestern birds 🐦, and the menu is illustrated with beautiful watercolor artwork—a treat for the eyes! 🛑 Note: I’ve tried almost every cocktail on the menu, and the flavor profiles vary widely—from light and refreshing to intensely smoky. Recommend asking your server or bartender for guidance to avoid ordering something outside your taste. If you have a favorite base spirit or flavor, you can also request a custom creation—I tried one with Green Tea Shochu and it was amazing! 🍽️ Next door is Union, a New American restaurant.
