Chicago|You Have to Try This Italian Restaurant!

Francesca‘s On Chestnut|200 E Chestnut St, Chicago, IL 60611 Chicago’s Italian-American heritage means you can’t miss its Italian food scene! Stumbled upon this gem with a friend recently. 1️⃣ Linguine all Arlecchino – A delicious seafood pasta with incredibly fresh seafood 😋. A must for seafood lovers! 2️⃣ Lumache alla Melanzane – A classic tomato-based pasta with rich, satisfying sauce — perfect for dipping bread. 3️⃣ Salmone alla Fresca – Pan-seared salmon 🤩 (but honestly, I loved the asparagus on the side even more 😂). Light and refreshing. 4️⃣ Vitello Sassi – Tender veal paired with mushrooms — meat lovers will enjoy this one. 5️⃣ Pollo Francese – Chicken was a bit dry and not our favorite — maybe skip this. 6️⃣ Fried Calamari – Crispy outside, tender inside — great starter! The servers were super nice — one even taught me how to pronounce the dishes in Italian! Overall, a great dining experience. What are you waiting for? Go check it out! 😋 #USA #Chicago #HiddenGem #Foodie #ChicagoLife #FoodDiary #ChicagoEats 🍝
