📍 Au Cheval, West Loop Finally got to try Chicago’s most famous burger spot that’s all over social media! 🍔 The place is small — even on a weekday lunch you’ll wait. We sat at the bar to skip the line (tight seating, though) and watched everything being made. Some were here for drinks and chats; I was here purely for the food 😄 I ordered their most recommended hits — even the American lady next to me was impressed by my spread: Double Cheeseburger Their burger lives up to the hype! The patties are juicy, not dry at all. Three patties, two slices of cheese, buttery toasted bun — savory, slightly sweet, and packed with meaty goodness. Thick-Cut Bacon Must add this!
