🍸 Chicago's #1 Bar Review | USA Top 50

🤯 Must-order, literally legendary 🤯 🥪 A5 Wagyu Sando The sandwich is seared to a delicate crisp, with perfectly pink A5 Wagyu inside. Rich, buttery, and slightly sweet — melts in your mouth. Literally speechless… and literally $100 a bite. My heart (and wallet) is crying 😭💸. 👍 Worth trying 👍 🥗 Potato Salad – $8 and piled high! Mixed with ham bits — refreshing, flavorful, and great value. 🦪 Oyster – $26 for six, small but super sweet. Topped with vinegar and lemon zest — bright and tasty. 🍹 Sea Flower – Yuzu-forward sweet cocktail, but high ABV — got tipsy after half a glass. Made with Japanese imported spirits. ⚡️ Skip these ⚡️ 🍗 Yuzu Kosho Karaage – Fried chicken chunks were greasy, and the mayo too salty. Not a fan. 🍮 Truffle Milk Toasts – Black truffle ice cream tasted odd with the caramel toast. Toast had a Turkish dessert texture — more gimmick than flavor. 🍶 Chawanmushi – Tiny portion, MP (market price). Topped with Australian raw shrimp and lemon zest — cold seafood + sour zest + plain steamed egg felt weird. 🐷 Iberico Kakuni – This popular dish is not on the menu anymore — it was from last year’s menu. ⚠️ Important note ⚠️ Don’t be late! They only hold reservations for 10 minutes. 📍 Kumiko 630 W Lake St, Chicago, IL 60661 📅 Reservations required | Closed Mondays & Tuesdays #ChicagoBars #Kumiko #Top50USA #WagyuSando #CocktailReview #FineDining #ChicagoFoodie
