Chicago has PLENTY of ramen spots, but most of them I'm just NOT into 😬 Used to go to Ramen Wasabi, but that place is SO popular—Fridays and weekends are 2+ hour waits?! 😭 Been searching for a NEW go-to ever since... TURNS OUT—it was RIGHT by my place all along?! 🤩 It's called Monster Ramen 👹 They're CLOSED Mon-Tue, only open for dinner on weekdays, weekends have lunch+dinner. Tiny space—I usually sit at the bar—but the decor is SUPER sleek ✨ MOST IMPORTANTLY—their ramen is ACTUALLY good!
