Tasty but a bit too salty for me. 🍽️ Golden Osetra Caviar Hubby’s solo treat (🤰🏼 can’t have raw). Served in an eggshell with soft egg whites — different, but nothing special. 🍽️ Grilled Heirloom Carrots Unexpectedly delicious! Charred carrots with seeds and sweet-tangy sauce — fresh and layered. 🍽️ Brown Butter Roasted Hokkaido Scallops Tender, buttery scallops with a hint of strawberry tang — juicy and flavorful. 🍽️ Black Truffle Roasted Chicken Hubby’s favorite! Three layers — crispy skin, sausage filling, tender meat — with morel purée. Even the roasted scallions were great 😌. 🍽️ Dry Aged Duck The star — crispy skin, juicy meat. We were too full by then, but still yummy 🥰. Skipped dessert — just had the anniversary petit four. Overall, a bit too salty for my taste.
