Celebrated my friend’s birthday at Maple & Ash—this place really nails the ambiance! A sweet touch: they present a custom menu with the birthday person’s name printed on it! ⚠️ Note: Outside cakes are not allowed. Appetizers / Starters They served complimentary chips with caviar and a welcome cocktail for each guest (non-alcoholic version available). 🐙 Wood-Grilled Spanish Octopus The octopus was just okay, but the potatoes underneath were surprisingly delicious! 🦢 Maple Glazed Foie Gras The foie gras was a bit gamey for my taste, but the crispy zucchini paired with it was unexpectedly good. 🐂 Wagyu Beef Carpaccio My friends enjoyed it, but I don’t eat raw meat, so no comment from me! 🦞 Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower (Baller) A massive tower for five (shrimp, scallops, oysters, lobster, clams…). Personally, not the best value—a bit overpriced. 🥩 45 DAY DRY-AGED TOMAHAWK Huge cut of steak—easily shared among five. Flavor was great! 🐑 Elysian Fields Lamb Chops My friend’s review: “Not as good as what I make at home.” 🌿 Roasted Asparagus Loved this!
