Fifth visit to Obelix, this time specifically for their new pastries~ 🥐✨ 🩷 GUAVA & CHEESE DANISH 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The brie cheese filling is moist and soft, similar to almond paste, with a rich, creamy flavor. When you cut into the flaky pastry, the guava jam spills out, blending the sweet and tangy fruitiness with the creamy richness—light and not overwhelming at all. 🧀🍈 💚 MOLÉ TWICE-BAKED CROISSANT 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Inspired by Mexican flavors, the top layer of pumpkin seed paste is baked to a crispy, cookie-like texture. Inside, the pumpkin seed paste is mixed with molé and Valrhona chocolate, creating a glossy, rich, and decadent filling. 🥐🎃 One bite, and you get the perfect harmony of nutty richness, sweet chocolate, and warm spices. The buttery, sweet filling paired with the crispy, slightly chewy pastry is not overly sweet and leaves a lasting impression. 💛 MANGO & CREAM CROISSANT 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The mango is smooth and soft but not overly sweet.
