Chicago | Ramen Wasabi 🍜
Today I randomly decided to try Ramen Wasabi in Logan Square! Honestly, I haven’t found many good ramen spots in Chicago 🥲 (I’m picky — I don’t like noodles that are too hard or thick, broth that’s too light or tastes like MSG, and I usually skip the chashu too 😂). Came for lunch and it was pretty busy — almost didn’t get a seat at first 🤣 🍜 Ordered the Tanaka with added spice umami The thin noodles were just how I like them, and the broth was rich and flavorful — you can tell it’s not from a powder mix! The star was the pork belly — so tender and tasty, I bet it’d be amazing over rice 😋 🍜 Also tried the miso ramen — also delicious! The broth was lighter, and it came with the classic thicker, curly noodles. Definitely coming back — planning to try the tonkotsu next time 🥰 Lots of parking available on the side streets near the shop 🅿️ — come early to grab a spot! #RamenLove #Chicago #ChicagoArea #ChicagoFoodie #ChicagoEats 🍥🔥
